CLASS POLICIES:

· Payment in full (with a check) must be sent within a few days of your phone registration.

 

· Mail checks to 5404 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15206

           If you cancel 48 hours in advance you can make up the class.

           ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION FOR ‘NO-SHOWS’!

 

· A ‘DISCOUNT PROGRAM’ for 4-8 classes is being offered that will save you $10.00 a class!. NO REFUNDS on the ’DISCOUNT PROGRAM’, but they are transferable.

EXCLUSIONS:

Classes that cost more/less than $65.00 can be adjusted by paying the difference or being reimbursed.

2/27/2013 Mexican: tortilla soup, chicken mole over rice, chili rellenos, chipotle BBQ ribs, plus hot chocolate and churros for dessert.

 

3/12/2013 Greek: moussaka with ground beef, lamb lettuce wraps, Mediterranean triangles (appetizer), Greek panzanella salad, honey balls and baklava for dessert.

 

4/08/2013 Thai: tom yum soup, Bang Bang shrimp, green curry with chicken and vegetables, fried spring rolls with a plum sauce, shrimp pad Thai, and pork larb salad.

 

5/15/2013 Italian: bruschetta with white beans and cheese, heirloom tomato salad, fettuccine with pesto & shrimp, gnocchi with tomato basil sauce, chicken piccata, and cannoli for dessert.
