CLASS POLICIES:

· Payment in full is due within 5 days of registration.

           If you cancel 48 hours in advance you can make up the class.

           ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION FOR ‘NO SHOWS!’

 

· A ‘DISCOUNT PROGRAM’ for 4-8 classes is being offered that will save you $10.00 a class! These certificates are good until 8/31/2013.    NO REFUNDS  on the ’DISCOUNT PROGRAM’ but they are transferable.

· Please park in the lot adjacent to the building at the intersections of Penn and South Aiken Avenues.

 

· Class is on the second floor and the door is open!

 

 

3/1  Italian Dinner:  wedding soup, sausage ravioli in a sage butter sauce, manicotti with homemade crepes in a tomato-butter-basil sauce, fettuccini with sun dried tomatoes, peas, and mushrooms in a cream sauce, Caesar salad from scratch, and cannoli for dessert.  All pasta items will be made from scratch

 

 

4/3  Greek Appetizers & Desserts:  spanikopeta,  Greek pizza with lamb, Mediterranean triangles, avgolemono soup, loukomauthes (honey balls), and baklava

 

 

4/25  Thai Dinner: Thai wonton soup, shrimp and lychee spring rolls, corn fritters with a cucumber peanut sauce, chicken salad with mint, sprouts, and nuts, pineapple fried rice and mango BBQ chicken
